We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager with a background in high-volume service and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead the team at one of Northern Virginia’s most celebrated seafood restaurants.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated hospitality professional with:
✔ 1–2 years of restaurant management experience
✔ A collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
✔ A track record of providing memorable guest experiences
✔ Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role, brings positivity to the workplace, and is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.

About The Salt Line Ballston:

Opened in October 2021, The Salt Line Ballston has become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood. Building on the success of our original DC location across from Nationals Park, the Ballston outpost has earned praise from both critics and locals for its high standards, warm energy, and consistently excellent food and drink.

Led by Executive Chef Jordan Franklin and chef-owner Kyle Bailey, The Salt Line is committed to:

Both neighborhood go-to and dining destination, TSL has received numerous accolades including a coveted three stars from the Washington Post's Tom Sietsema. the 2019 Rammy for Chef of the Year to Kyle Bailey, and the 2020 Rammy for Favorite Gathering Place.

Chef Bailey's menu draws inspiration from New England Classics and showcases his creative talents with seafood charcuterie, crudos, and signature raw bar offerings. The beverage program boasts an extensive cocktail and craft beer list, drawing heavily from NE & local breweries.
