Bottega Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate…
Is comfortable interacting with guests and members of our community.
Has the ability to multi-task and function well under pressure.
Demonstrates strong spirits, food & beverage knowledge and an eagerness to continue to learn and understand our product.
Is proficient in the use of POS systems and/or able to quickly learn and utilize these programs.
Expresses an eagerness to continue learning and staying up-to-date with our industry.
Possesses a fluent understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale restaurant.
Is a team-oriented individual.
Responsibilities include…
Preparation and service of cocktails, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic beverages.
Prep ingredients for the bar.
Manage the dining experience for guests joining at the bar: take orders, inquire and understand dietary restrictions.
Ring food & beverage orders into the POS system.
Address questions about the food, beverage and restaurant history.

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00) plus tips
