Ninepin Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Events Director to lead private events and guest communication across four distinctive venues:

Ninepin Café – A design-forward all-day café

Moby’s East Hampton – An iconic, high-volume seasonal restaurant
This role blends event sales, execution, and VIP guest management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hospitality-driven, and thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments.
Responsibilities

Manage all event inquiries and bookings across venues (in-house events, private dining, buyouts)

Create and price event menus with BOH/Bar teams to align with brand and margin goals

Oversee event execution, acting as lead on site and coordinating FOH/BOH logistics

Maintain and update event platforms (Tripleseat, OpenTable)

Lead VIP guest communication, key reservations, and concierge-level coordination

Collaborate with hotel partners and property managers as needed
-
Meet and exceed sales targets (commission available)
Qualifications
-
4+ years in events, guest relations, or hospitality operations
-
Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Experience with Tripleseat and OpenTable required

Ability to manage multiple properties and seasonal programming

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays
