Schedule: On-site, five days a week (Wednesday–Sunday, late-night hours required)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced cocktail lounge and restaurant setting

Lead, coach, and develop both front- and back-of-house teams to deliver top-tier service

Monitor labor costs and beverage margins, making data-driven decisions to drive profitability

Uphold high standards for service, atmosphere, and guest satisfaction

Manage scheduling, closing procedures, and nightly operations 3–4 times per week

Ensure departmental coordination, particularly during high-volume weekend nights

Conduct performance evaluations and enforce operational compliance and service quality

Work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to align strategy and execution
What You Bring

Proven experience as a GM in a high-volume bar, cocktail lounge, or upscale dining venue

Deep knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage-focused service models

Strong grasp of labor management, P&L analysis, and cost control strategies

Confident, hands-on leadership style and the ability to energize your team

Comfortable working late-night shifts—venue hours extend until 2–3am on weekends

Meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion for creating unforgettable nights out
