Front of House Staff

The Redwood is a farm-to-table restaurant and natural wine bar in downtown Sebastopol, looking for an experienced server excited to work hard with our tight-knit team.  As one of Sonoma Magazine’s Best Restaurants of 2025 and The North Bay Bohemian’s Best Restaurant Wine List 2025, we anticipate continued growth as we progress through 2025 and beyond!  Our service is casual but intentional.  Qualified candidates will possess a strong knowledge of wine with a particular interest in natural wines, a commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to wear many hats within our tight-knit team.  This is a position with room for growth as we continue to expand!

Requirements:

• 1+ year of table service restaurant experience required
• Strong wine knowledge with an interest in natural wine – WSET/CMS education favored.
• Must be available Thursday - Monday
