Front of House Staff

Front of House Sweet Specialist for our STREETERVILLE location.

Sweet Mandy B's dessert bakery is looking for Front of House Counter Staff (this is NOT a seasonal position).
Part - time (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday shifts needed) 
Hours of operation: 9am - 6pm (scheduled times will vary)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet & assist customers in a friendly manner
• Accurately take guest orders
• Answer questions about products with confidence
• Ensure all food is handled & stored according to food safety standards
• Perform cleaning duties during shift    

      Qualifications:

• Two year customer service experience in food establishment preferred
• Previous quick service food handling experience in either hospitality or food & beverage industry a plus
• Detail oriented
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Work well with others

     Requirements:

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 25 pounds
• Availability weekdays, weekends, & holidays
• Must be able to read, speak, & write in English
