We’re currently connecting with Executive Chefs and Chef de Cuisines who bring creativity, precision, and team-first leadership to the pass.

What We Look For

• 3-7+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience
• Background in high-volume upscale dining, Michelin, or luxury hotel settings
• Strong operational and administrative skills- scheduling, labor and food cost management, P&L and financial oversight, vendor management etc.
• Ability to build and mentor back-of-house teams while maintaining consistent execution
• Opening experience and building SOPS
• Organized and passionate with strong leadership skills
• NYC-based
