Bartender

Duties:

• Prepare bar for service, including stocking and organizing supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and glassware
• Contribute to the development of our craft cocktail program by creating innovative and delicious drinks
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership in supporting the bar team
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service
• Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
