American Bar is a vibrant, hospitality-driven restaurant committed to excellence in food, service, and team culture. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team and support our kitchen’s operations.
Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand as needed

Keep dish area organized, clean, and sanitary throughout the shift

Take out kitchen garbage and recycling, and clean trash receptacles

Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, and work surfaces in dish area

Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned by kitchen staff or manager

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:

Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred but not required

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
