A distinguished hospitality group, operating under a globally recognized hotel brand, is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead a high-performing F&B operation within a luxury property. This is a confidential search for a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for innovation, structure, and service excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • A hands-on leadership style, someone who leads from the floor, not just the office

  • Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs and training programs to elevate team performance

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage multi-outlet operations and drive profitability

  • Demonstrated success in event execution, from intimate VIP experiences to large-scale functions

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally with marketing and brand teams

  • Experience in nightlife operations is a plus but not required
