Assistant General Manager

Shuka, led by Chef/Partner Ayesha Nurdjaja, is looking for a Manager! 

Shuka offers a unique interpretation of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine that packs multi-layered, nuanced flavor into every bite, and draws energy and vitality from a commitment to honoring seasonal green market ingredients and using regional farm products. 

We focus on responsibly and locally sourced ingredients with a nod to seasonality. Chef Ayesha Nurdjaja brings an exciting and dynamic take on some of her favorite dishes inspired by her extensive travels. We serve lunch, dinner and brunch.

The AGM is responsible for providing leadership in FOH Operations consistent with Restaurant strategy and the direction of the General Manager and Director of Operations. The AGM must effectively control scheduling and labor costs, train and educate staff, maintain consistency of service quality and standards, manage ordering and inventory, and contribute to the maintenance of shared facilities and equipment.

This position requires daytime hours, evening hours and weekends with FULL TIME AVAILABILITY.
