Executive Kitchen Manager responsibilities include: but not limited to;
- Food prep and cooking.
- Maintaining Food Purchases and inventory.
- Maintaining 4 Star Systems and Procedures.
- Managing Labor and Food costs with-in budgets.
- Complying with Local and Federal food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with teammates.
- Gives and receives feedback in a positive manner, and presents solutions based on results and problems

To be successful in this role, You need to be able to work with a sense of urgency, work professionally and calmly under pressure, and manage systems, People, and budgets.

Qualifications: 
- Food Safety Certification 
- Food Allergens Certification 
- ServSafe 
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the role 


Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
