We are looking for a talented Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Service Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver outstanding guest experiences while fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
🍽️ Lead daily FOH operations and ensure seamless, high-level service
🌟 Support and mentor a motivated team, creating a culture of excellence, warmth, and accountability
📈 Collaborate with the GM and ownership on goals, service improvements, and team development
🥂 Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality in a stylish, modern setting

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Prior experience as an AGM, Service Manager, or FOH leader in a fast-paced, upscale or fine dining restaurant
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills – you know how to inspire and bring out the best in your team
✅ A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
✅ Confidence handling service, floor management, training, and collaborating on operational improvements
✅ Organized, solution-driven, and excited to contribute to a growing, dynamic restaurant
