MFG is hiring individuals with strong work ethic and a positive attitude to join their Bar team.
The Bar Prep Assistant supports the preparation and execution of daily bar service at a hospitality venue, ensuring that bartenders have all necessary ingredients, tools, and a clean working environment to provide efficient and high-quality service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining cleanliness: Ensuring area is tidy and sanitary, and disposing of trash
- Prepare and stock bar with necessary supplies including glassware, garnishes, mixers, ice, and alcohol.
- Preparation of bar items: Preparing juices, fruit cuts, garnishes, syrups, and tools for the opening shift
- Batching cocktails: Making syrups and infusions
- Performs other duties as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 0-1 years experience as a Bar Prep
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual a must
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Open availability is required for this position.
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience.
