Sous Chef

Cafe Vivant in Menlo Park is hiring for a sous chef position. Working under multi-Michelin stared chef Jared Wentworth, duties will include butchery, sauce work, and daily organization. Experience in Michelin star restaurants is welcome but not necessary. Prior experience in fine dining and casual upscale dining is preferred. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to help work on the line, expedite, and help mentor line cooks. Most importantly a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others is what we are looking for.
