Saul’s Restaurant & Delicatessen in Berkeley is looking for a dependable, hard working service professional to join the team. This is a full time position managing dinner: 1-9:30pm, Saturday - Wednesday.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being in charge, works well on a team, can use Toast POS, Google Suite, and can communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers. This is an entry level management position. Enthusiasm to learn, grow and lead is crucial, but prior experience is not required.
We also need someone who can perform all of the various physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching, going up and down stairs and using a step stool/ ladder.
We need someone who is available weekends and will be in town through the holiday seasons. We close early on Thanksgiving day and we close entirely on Christmas day but we are very busy in the lead up to both Holidays and need someone who is available.
