Nerina, a casual family-style Greek restaurant nestled in the heart of Greenpoint, is seeking enthusiastic Sous Chef with experience in preparing fish, meat, pasta, and hot appetizers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in the Kitchen, together with 1+ Years of Management, demonstrating knowledge of various cooking temperatures, the ability to multitask, and the resilience to work under pressure. The candidate must be available for a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on demand. We are open five days a week, from Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, and on the weekends, we offer early brunch.
