Overview
We are currently seeking a Server Assistant to join our team and have a positive, service-oriented attitude and a desire to contribute to the team. Supporting servers in satisfying guest needs by taking direction and helping to serve all items.
Responsibilities/ Scope of this position:
• Maintain a constant knowledge of menu items
• Verify food matches the orders on tickets
• Listen to, and promptly act to resolve guest issues and requests
• Hold effective communication with management and peers
• Support all food & beverage outlets when needed/asked
• Ensure uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards meet the requirements set forth within the associate handbook
Qualifications/Qualified candidates will possess the following:
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service experience
• Must be knowledgeable about local area
• Communicating within F&B and with other departments regularly and effectively
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Flexible schedule - Willing and able to work shift duties that may include evenings, nights, Overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to communicate in English (spoken and written)
