Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Floor Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team at our fine dining Chinese restaurant in NYC.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责：

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences
  负责每日厅面运营，确保服务顺畅并提升宾客满意度

• Lead and motivate the FOH team, maintaining high standards of service, appearance, and professionalism
  带领并激励前厅团队，保持高标准的服务质量、仪容仪表与职业素养

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate service
  与厨房及酒吧团队紧密配合，确保出品及时准确

• Train and supervise hosts, servers, bussers, and bartenders to uphold service protocols
  培训并监督接待员、服务员、传菜员及调酒师，执行服务标准

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with discretion and grace
  妥善处理宾客咨询、反馈及投诉

• Manage reservations, guest seating, and pacing of service
  管理预订、宾客安排及上菜节奏

• Support and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  确保并执行食品安全与卫生标准

• Contribute to team communication and operational efficiency through daily pre-shift meetings and reporting
  通过每日班前会议和工作汇报加强沟通，提高运营效率

Requirements / 任职要求：

• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) / 中英文流利（普通话或粤语）

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Floor Manager in a fine dining environment / 至少两年高端餐厅厅面管理经验

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills / 具备优秀的领导力、沟通能力及应变能力

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure / 能够在高压环境下高效工作

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays / 能接受晚班、周末及节假日排班

• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is a plus / 了解中餐文化优先考虑
