We are seeking an excited, fun, and passionate individual to join us as our new Chef De Cuisine for our fine-dining American Restaurant.
Chef de Cuisine Compensation and Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience in fine-dining American Cuisine / Michelin &/or James Beard
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef and/or 1 year as a CDC in full service, fine-dining restaurants.
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $95,000.00)
