Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. As the host, you will greet guests upon arrival, manage reservation systems, and ensure an organized and welcoming dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Answer incoming phone calls and handle reservations or inquiries

Monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth service flow

Communicate effectively with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area

Provide accurate wait time estimates during busy periods

Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
