Job Details

Little Shucker is an oyster, seafood & wine bar concept in Pacific Heights from The Snug team. We are looking to bring on FOH team members (servers/hosts/bartenders) to join our enthusiastic, passionate staff.

Featured in the 2023, 2024 & 2025 New York Times article “The 25 Best Restaurants in San Francisco Right Now,” our program has a strong focus on oysters, and features a selection of seafood and seasonal classics and raw bar offerings with a modern California twist. The beverage program features a curated wine list featuring both domestic and international wines.

We are seeking hard-working, passionate individuals who are team oriented and have a passion for hospitality and creating an excellent guest experience.

We are currently hiring for part-time FOH positions. Friday-Sunday availability is required.

Our ideal candidates obtain a strong commitment and desire to expand their food and wine knowledge. Restaurant experience is preferred, but not necessary, if you are willing and eager to learn. Successful candidates will possess the ability to stay calm and can work in a high-paced atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Competitive and equitable pay. FOH starting base of $18.67, plus a standard point system share of tips.

Additional Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally requires the ability to move, lift, carry, pull or push heavy objects or materials - Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Ability to climb stairs
- Ability to carry a tray of beverages

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and coworkers in English
