The Private Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the seamless planning and execution of all private dining experiences at the Company. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality. This role serves as the primary liaison after the booking process has been confirmed and is responsible for every stage of the event process—from planning to follow-up.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
- Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the entire event process.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients from initial booking through post-event follow-up.
- Oversee event floor plans, setup, decor coordination, and special requests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by actively managing service quality during events and promptly addressing any concerns.
- Personally meet and greet clients at the start of each event and stay until the event is moving along;
- Available during holidays, weekends, and late hours, as needed.
- Other related duties can be assigned.

- Coordinate logistics for events in private and semi-private dining spaces
- Create and manage Banquet Event Orders and maintain accurate event documentation
- Serve as a liaison between clients and culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support event day execution as needed, including client greeting and on-site coordination
- Maintain CRM systems such as Tripleseat and assist with reporting and file organization
- Assist with office administration including ordering supplies and maintaining sales materials

Support menu updates, proposal templates, and sales kit preparation
