What You’ll Do
✨ Oversee day-to-day dining room operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
✨ Support hiring, training, and development of front-of-house team members
✨ Lead by example, fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork
✨ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
✨ Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service and operational flow
✨ Monitor floor performance, guest feedback, and employee engagement to optimize the guest experience
✨ Assist in meeting restaurant goals including cost control, staff productivity, and revenue targets
What You Bring to the Table
💼 Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within an upscale, high-volume restaurant
🍽️ Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and a passion for exceptional guest service

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
