The Duck & The Peach, La Collina, and The Wells (Eastern Point Collective) is a women-owned, multi-concept restaurant group based on Capitol Hill. With national press recognition and a strong track record of thoughtful, values-driven operations, we’ve spent the last four years building a business known for hospitality, integrity, and innovation.

We’re now at a pivotal moment of growth and seeking a General Manager to step into a key leadership role. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced operator to lead a unified team across three distinct concepts — all sharing one kitchen and a commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in team development, and confident in running dynamic, service-forward operations. If you're ready to bring structure, leadership, and energy to a growing group with momentum, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple concepts and service styles

  • Lead floor during peak shifts (brunch and dinner), coach staff, and model hospitality

  • Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with strong internal communication

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and ownership on planning, scheduling, and goals

  • Drive service standards, efficiency, and operational excellence

  • Support events, catering, and off-site activations with the broader leadership team

  • Uphold safety, sanitation, labor law compliance, and company culture

Who You Are:
  • 3–5+ years as a GM or senior manager in high-volume, full-service restaurants

  • A strong communicator who leads by example and holds others accountable

  • Passionate about great food, a great floor, and a great team

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable working both brunch and dinner shifts

  • Energized by growth, organization, and solving problems with integrity

What We Offer:
  • Salary: $95-105,000+ depending on experience

  • Shared commission on catering/events after 90 days

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($95,000.00 - $105,000.00)
