Job Details
Responsibilities:
· Take food and drink order from customers accurately and with positive attitude.
· Write patron’s food order slips, memorize order correctly, repeat orders back and enter
orders correctly through Toast POS.
· Engage with customers with friendly manner and build relationship with customers for
long-term.
· Be able to make suggestions: regular customer favorites, popular items and chef favorites
vs personal favorites.
· Full knowledge on Dhamaka food and beverage, and its background.
· Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take actions to correct any problems.
· Collect payment from tables.
· Help rotate tables in timely manner.
· Help other team members as needed.
Server Requirements:
· Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude and ability work while unsupervised.
· Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
