Maple & Ash, the highly anticipated steakhouse is set to open late Summer 2015. At Maple & Ash we will serve the highest quality ingredients cooked over a live wood fire and our intuitive and professional service will define our brand. Quite simply, our goal is to create a restaurant where things are done right.

Over the next month we are building our opening team of motivated and passionate individuals. In order to deliver Chicago’s most exceptional dining experience we are searching for a staff driven to learn and improve, has great respect for others and has a warm, generous disposition.
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to play a vital role in providing exceptional guest experiences. Regular responsibilities include supervising the floor during service, guest interaction and managing and training staff.
o Supervise and participate in service operations
o Regular interaction with guests to maintain a consistently excellent experience
o Execute new hire and ongoing staff training programs for FOH staff
o Opening and closing
o Perform various operational and administrative duties
o Ensure accurate revenues posted and cash handling procedures adhered to
o Previous management experience in fast-paced, high-profile restaurants
o A natural sense of hospitality
o The drive to help create a world class steakhouse
o Understanding of sales, service and administrative responsibilities
o Living and breathing guest satisfaction
