From the founders of Bottino, 'ino is an upscale-casual Italian restaurant opening in June 2025 in NYC’s Flatiron District. Led by Executive Chef Jamie and the team behind Bottino, 'ino blends modern regional Italian cuisine with elevated service and warm, refined hospitality. We're currently hiring experienced, people with a passion for F&B to join our opening Front of House Team.
Open Positions & Key Qualifications
Servers
- 1-2 years experience in upscale or full -service dining
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and pairing recommendations
- Poised, professional, and able to build authentic guest rapport
- Excellent multitasking and table management in high-volume settings
- Proficient in POS systems and confident in executing refined service
Server Assistants
- 1-2 years experience in a support or back server role
- Fast, organized, and detail-oriented in clearing and resetting tables
- Reliable team player who communicates well under pressure
- Comfortable running food, refilling beverages, and supporting servers
- Eager to learn and grow within a hospitality-driven environment
Hosts
- 1-2 years experience as a host in an upscale dining setting
- Proficient in managing flow with reservation platforms (e.g., Resy, OpenTable)
- Warm, polished, and articulate communicator
- Capable of managing seating charts, pacing, and guest expectations
- Graceful under pressure and quick with guest solutions
Bartenders
- 2–3 years experience in full-service, craft cocktail, or upscale bar programs
- Proficiency in building classic and house cocktails with speed and consistency
- Strong guest engagement and menu guidance skills
- Comfortable managing service bar and guest-facing bar simultaneously
- Organized, team-driven, and proactive in a high-volume bar setting
Barbacks
- 1–2 years experience supporting bartenders in a fast-paced setting
- Responsible for restocking, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining bar setup
- Preps garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients daily
- Physically able to lift, stock, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Collaborative, dependable, and eager to learn beverage operations
Runners
- 1–2 years experience running food in a full-service restaurant
- Comfortable carrying multiple plates and using trays with precision
- Clear communicator with expo and service teams
- Timely and attentive to presentation and order accuracy
- Familiarity with Italian cuisine a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($10.65) plus tips
