Job Summary: We’re looking for an incredibly charismatic and personable bartender to join our team. This person thrives in a high-energy environment, connects easily with guests, and enjoys being part of something bigger than the bar itself — someone who wants to help shape the future of downtown SF while pouring a great drink. We put a big emphasis on personality over skillset -- as long as you have basic bar knowledge and know how to make most classic cocktails, we can level up your expertise through our training program.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to every guest, every time

Craft and serve beverages with accuracy, speed, and flair

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

Accurately manage tabs and cash handling using our POS system

Monitor responsible alcohol service and follow RBS guidelines

Support and help lead service during large events and block parties

Participate in opening, closing, and general upkeep of the bar
Qualifications:

2+ years bartending in a fast-paced bar or restaurant

Great with people — you know how to read a room and make guests feel welcome

Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails
-
California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certified

Reliable, team-oriented, and composed under pressure

Comfortable working weekday daytime and early evening shifts
