Prep Cook

Job Title: Dishwasher 

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen. The Dishwasher is essential to the success of our team by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use throughout service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand 

• Ensure all cleaned items are properly sanitized and stored 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and kitchen spaces 

• Take out trash, sweep/mop floors, and help with general kitchen cleaning tasks 

• Assist with other kitchen duties as needed 

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines 

• Communicate any equipment issues or supply needs to kitchen management 

Qualifications: 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks 

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail 

• Team player with a positive attitude 

• Previous experience in hotel and/or restaurant preferred 

•  High School Diploma or GED 

• Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one) 

Working Conditions: 

• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required 

• Hot, humid, and fast-moving kitchen environment
