Cordelia Fishbar, Clyde's Restaurant Group's latest concept is seeking part-time brunch Servers / Front Waiters for Saturdays and Sundays, from 9am - 3pm.
We’re looking for experienced Servers, Front Waiters, and Captains who are passionate about exceptional food, polished service, and fine dining. Ideal candidates will bring strong wine knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to hospitality. Our menu showcases locally sourced seafood and bold, live-fire charcoal cooking—offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience.

- Greet new parties and cordially welcome guests to the restaurant
- Inform guests of delicious menu choices and make suggestions
- Relay orders to the bar and kitchen using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond appropriately
- Establish a friendly, professional rapport with guests
- Bus tables when the meal is completed and prepare the table for the next course
- Total and present the bill, accept payment, cash out the check, and make change
- Problem-solve guest needs with courtesy, dignity, and respect
- Extend closing greetings to guests as they leave, thanking them for their patronage
