Industry veterans and partners Dan Rook, Zack Blazek, and Matt Wiegers, along with head brewer Michael Gretz, are thrilled to announce the launch of Industry Ales Brewpub—their forthcoming brewpub and cocktail bar opening in Chicago's Loop. Located at 230 S Wabash Ave, just next door to the iconic Central Camera Company, the buildout will feature a brewery and offer weekend brunch, and daily lunch, dinner and bar service. Industry Ales Brewpub will be a brewery first and keep a unique lineup of beers ranging from the eclectic, which draw inspiration from classic cocktails and culinary flavors, to traditional styles known and loved. The three level 12,000+ square foot space will feature a beer and dining hall, mezzanine, and 6000+ square foot lower level housing the brewery, private dining and additional seating. The space will seat 160 guests, and serve up an all day menu of Chicago-inspired shared plates that reimagine classic dishes.
