We've teamed up with Middle Brow Bungalow and added a pizza kitchen to our already established bar and we're in search of a reliable, teachable line cook to join our team. Our pizza is an artisan take on the Detroit style. We're serving pizza lunch daily starting at 12pm and we'll be open for pizza service through the evening.
Middle brow is making the dough at their commissary bakery off-site. The kitchen at The Beer Temple will be responsible for managing the dough, along with R&Ding new offerings, prepping and managing all other pizza mise, etc.
People are super excited for our new pizzas and we can't wait to bring in someone who's excited to create it for them.
In addition to attention to detail and comfort working / communicating within a team, we're particularly excited about candidates with a passion for pizza, and a desire to work in a place like The Beer Temple - a place renowned for elevating craft beer in a non-pretentious way. We love to have fun, be goofy at times, but always while providing top-level experience.
Full time cooks should expect to work roughly 40 hours/week, with a share of tips typically equaling $3-$5 per hour.
