Host

We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a host, you'll greet guests with a smile, manage reservations and seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service from the moment guests walk in until they are seated.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive

• Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system (training provided)

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host stand and front entrance

• Communicate seating needs and table status with the service staff and management

• Provide accurate wait time estimates during busy periods

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries

• Support the overall guest experience with a positive and professional attitude

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
