Bar Manager – The Salt Line Bethesda (Long Shot Hospitality)
Exciting opportunity to join the team at The Salt Line Bethesda and be part of the Long Shot Hospitality family—2024 RAMMY Award winners for Restaurateurs of the Year!
We’re looking for a Bar Manager with a strong background in high-volume service and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead the team at one of Maryland's most celebrated seafood restaurants.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated hospitality professional with:
✔ 1–2 years of bar management or restaurant management experience
✔ A strong foundation in craft cocktails and beverage operations
✔ A collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
✔ A track record of providing memorable guest experiences
✔ Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Enthusiasm for seafood, spirits, and warm, genuine hospitality
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role, brings positivity to the workplace, and is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.

Opened in July 2023, The Salt Line Bethesda has become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood. Building on the success of our original DC location across from Nationals Park, the Bethesda outpost has earned praise from both critics and locals for its high standards, warm energy, and consistently excellent food and drink.
