The Goodkind Group is representing a very Posh private club / Hotel located in Midtown Manhattan.
They are seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to start ASAP.
These are permanent openings as well as temporary = per diem.
Qualifications
2 plus years Sous Chef experience – fine dining or high-end hotel.
MUST HAVE GOOD EXPEDITING SKILLS!!!!
Must be able to jump in on the line where and when needed.
Excellent playing skills.
Ability to assist Executive Chef when needed.
Be the point person for Line and Prep Cooks

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $85,000.00)
