Job Details
This position is for an OVERNIGHT BAKER. 
 
Hours 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

This position is full-time and pay is based on experience.  Experience with bagels and/or croissants is preferred.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Pastry certification or equivalent work experience.

Must have experience with croissants and bread dough.

Must have a desire for cleanliness and keeping an organized kitchen.

Looking for someone with a desire to go the extra mile, and really make the bakery their own.

We began as a small wholesale bagel operation back in 2008 and have quickly grown to produce over 8,000 bagels, croissants, and other pastries a week.

Starting out as a mom-and-pop operation, one man and his very pregnant wife decided to bring their wholesale business to a storefront and the rest is history.

You won't be able to find a better bagel in all of Chicago, with all of our bagels being kettle-boiled and all of our cream cheeses and spreads being housemade.
