About Us
Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for energetic, passionate, and professional BREAKFAST/LUNCH servers to join the team. Ai Fiori showcases modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Riviera and offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & wine/spirits, a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a management team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.

Breakfast Server responsibilities include:

  • Manage and assume full responsibility of each guest’s dining experience from start to finish, and multitask between assisting guests, bussing, running, wine service and anything needed to provide memorable and personalized service for our guests
  • Describe and educate guests confidently on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) and restaurant
  • Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards

Breakfast Server Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
  • Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive attitude and open-minded and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong background in full-service dining and knowledge of service standards and is highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention-to-detail on all operational matters
  • Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
  • Flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs; must have availability on weekends

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
