The hotel features a signature restaurant led by Michelin-starred Chef Pepe Moncayo, a curated café and lounge, an interior courtyard, and an indoor/outdoor rooftop with panoramic views.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team and contribute to an exceptional dining program in partnership with Chef Pepe Moncayo. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking culinary environment, delivering excellence across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, café, and rooftop venues.
  • Collaborate closely with Chef Moncayo and culinary team to ensure seamless food and service integration.
  • Elevate the guest experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and consistency.
  • Manage and inspire the front-of-house team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality in all F&B venues.
  • Coordinate with Events and Sales to deliver successful private dining and special functions.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in menu rollouts, seasonal updates, and staff tastings to ensure product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control in collaboration with the culinary team.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in a management role in upscale or fine dining food & beverage settings, preferably hotel-based.
  • Experience working with high-profile chefs or in a Michelin-caliber environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros) and Microsoft Office.
  • ServSafe and alcohol service certification required.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($120,000.00 - $150,000.00)
