Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner at Matilda, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. You’ll work closely with our front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure that each dish is delivered accurately, on time, and at the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering food to guests promptly and efficiently.

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are accurate and prepared according to guest specifications.

• Ensure that food presentation aligns with our high standards of excellence.

• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.

• Communicate effectively with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to facilitate a seamless dining experience.

• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the restaurant’s daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server, or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• A positive and proactive attitude, with a team-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
