Grand Brasserie, a 400-seat French brasserie nestled in the historic Vanderbilt Hall at Grand Central Terminal, is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Group Sales & Tour Operator Liaison to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to represent a landmark dining destination that blends Parisian elegance with the energy of New York.
About the Role:
As Group Sales & Tour Operator Liaison, you will be the key connector between Grand Brasserie and the hospitality industry’s group travel sector. Your mission is to drive group business, build relationships with tour operators, travel planners, and concierges, and ensure flawless service execution for large parties and group dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international tour operators, hotel concierges, DMCs, and travel planners
- Develop group dining packages and sales strategies tailored to tour and corporate travel markets
- Actively prospect and close group reservations (10–100+ guests), with focus on brunch/lunch, dinner, pre-theater, and special event bookings
- Serve as the main point of contact for group clients from inquiry through execution
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote Grand Brasserie as a group destination
- Collaborate with our events and service teams to ensure memorable guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in hospitality, restaurant sales, or tourism-related sales
- Strong knowledge of group sales and the NYC tourism ecosystem
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and French cuisine a plus

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 plus commission.
