We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team!

Required Qualities:

• Passion to provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail
• Personable, charming, and well spoken
• Warm and welcoming to both guests and staff
• Ability to cater to guest’s needs in fine dining format
• Able to work as a team player
• Ability to multitask; and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and and high hospitality standard
• Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate
• Must have good communication skills and full understanding of menu to promote sales
• Must have strong wine and food knowledge and well versed in Chinese or Asian cuisine is a plus but not required
• Need to be familiar with POS operations
• Successfully adhere to Steps of Service
• Availability to work on evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the management team and follow staff to execute service standards
• Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule.
• Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage to provide guests with a high quality dining experience.
• Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
