Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at Matilda Restaurant. If you have a passion for cooking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to bring bold, innovative flavors to life, we want to meet you!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume kitchen.

• Preferred experience with Mexican and Peruvian cuisine.

• Strong knife skills and familiarity with different cooking techniques.

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.

• A passion for food and attention to detail.

• Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Certificate.
