Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Roast Cook or Line Cook in a well regarded metropolitan restaurant
- Proficient in roasting, searing, grilling, and basting
- Familiarity with industry's best practices, including department of health, safety, and sanitation standards
- The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
