Evelyn Rose is a restaurant owned by operaters, Chef Nick Palermo and Sam Schnoebelen. As we begin to celebrate our first year, we continue to look for hospitality professionals who have a passion for service. Our daily changing menu requires an interest and attention in food and beverage, and our warm but technical hospitality has set us apart in Northern Virginia. Servers and Bartenders are expect to engage, learn, and push our mission as a team. The cornerstone of that is pride, in what we do, and how we treat eachother.
