Bartender

Rollati Ristorante blends the spirit of Italian hospitality with a contemporary dining experience rooted in tradition. Located in downtown San Jose, Rollati brings guests together over house-made pastas, thoughtfully curated cocktails, and exceptional service.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. Whether mixing a classic Negroni or crafting a seasonal cocktail, our bartenders play a key role in shaping the guest experience. This position requires strong service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Weekend availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at the bar and in the dining room
  
  
• Provide an engaging and knowledgeable experience for guests seated at the bar
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area and tools
  
  
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure a safe, enjoyable environment
  
  
• Assist with bar prep, inventory, and restocking duties
  
  
• Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service
  
  
• Adhere to all ABC regulations and company alcohol service policies
  
  

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment preferred
  
  
• Must be 21 years or older
  
  
• Excellent communication and hospitality skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  
  
• Flexible availability, with weekend shifts required
  
  
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
