What You'll Do:
- Oversee front-of-house during service to ensure an unforgettable guest experience
- Jump into guest interactions with positivity, professionalism, and a solution-first mindset
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, GM, and fellow managers to coach and support the team through challenges
- Manage staffing levels and ensure daily operations are fully supported
- Lead the hiring, training, and ongoing coaching of our hourly service staff
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback that fuels growth
- Ensure all people-related matters (from hiring to separations) are accurately documented and communicated to leadership
- Keep food and labor costs aligned with company goals—no surprises, just results
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment
- A team-first mindset with a magnetic, positive energy
- Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends
- A passion for guest service, team culture, and making the workplace fun and fast-paced
