Hudson Local is a seasonal and locally inspired new American eatery with a focus on classical cuisine through the lens of our executive chef Samuel-Drake Jones, who has become a US citizen after living in the US for nearly 20 years. The food here will be elegant, approachable and delicious.

• Assist in the creation and execution of a dynamic, seasonal menu that aligns with our rooftop's sophisticated ambiance.

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

• Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate innovative techniques into our offerings.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen.

• A passion for culinary arts and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
