Line Cook

LB Eatery & Wine is an exciting new concept by the team behind Lady Baker — a beloved, award-winning bakery known for artisanal craftsmanship and hospitality. Located at The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, LB Eatery brings a fresh approach to all-day dining, offering brunch and dinner built around high-quality ingredients, house-made products, and natural wines.

We are currently hiring a Line Cook to join our opening team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, passionate crew building something special from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

• Execute dishes with consistency and care according to recipes and presentation standards

• Follow prep lists and station checklists with attention to detail

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the kitchen

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Assist in daily prep, inventory rotation, and kitchen closing duties

• Be willing to learn and grow in a dynamic, hands-on environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a sense of urgency

• Ability to follow direction and take initiative

• Comfort working dinner and brunch shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of scratch cooking, food safety, and kitchen organization

• Passion for food, teamwork, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
