Job Details

Haymarket is hiring Sommeliers to join the team at our Modern European restaurant in Chelsea.

Candidates must have:

Excellent global wine knowledge
Minimum 2 years hospitality and wine program management experience is preferred
Thorough understanding of various tools and techniques for wine and food service
Ability to meticulously perform tableside wine and food service
Experience in high end, premier NYC restaurants
Great attitude and team spirit
Attention to detail and spatial awareness
Must have full availability including weekends

This is the first restaurant from Chef India Doris and Alex Pfaffenbach. We have worked in NYC fine dining for more than a decade and decided it's time for us to bring our brand of raucous and fun yet precise hospitality to the table.
